From Masking to Empowerment
The Resiliency of Me started as a whisper.  A quiet truth rising from a lifetime of over performing, masking, and surviving in systems not built for me.
I had built a career in experience design, led award-winning programs, and even held a patent. But behind the scenes, I was burning out, bending myself into someone else’s version of "enough." Then, in my 40s, I was diagnosed as Autistic with ADHD combined presentation and Auditory and Sensory Processing Disorders.
It wasn’t a breakdown. It was a breakthrough. My brain wasn’t the problem. The system was.
Once I stopped hiding, I started building differently. I blended my background in innovation and performance with the raw honesty of lived experience. And people responded, deeply. Not just with applause, but with recognition. My story became our story.
The Resiliency of Me is now a movement. It’s where human-centered design gets personal. Where complexity is celebrated. Where systems are redesigned from the inside out. I don’t just speak, I disrupt. I don’t just share, I connect.
If you’ve ever felt unseen, if you're done with fitting in and ready to build forward, this space is yours, too.
Come as you are. Let’s rewrite the rules together.
